How long does it take for my order to be packed and shipped?
Our shipping policy for most items is 2-5 business days.  However, I strive to ship orders earlier than the estimated timeframe.

What shipping carriers do you use?
USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground, and USPS Priority.  All orders come with a tracking number

Are your shipping windows guaranteed?
Shipping estimates are based on the most up-to-date information given by mail carriers; however, the shipping windows we offer are estimates and not guarantees. Due to carrier delays outside of our control, refunds will not be issued for delivery outside of the estimated shipping window. 

What is considered a business day?
Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding holidays, and are within normal 9am-5pm EST business hours.

Which countries do you ship to?
Currently, we only ship within the US.

What payment methods do you offer?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link

Do you make the items you sell?
Yes, every item is handmade and made to order
